We are looking for a talented Full-stack Team Leader to lead an agile team and make a major impact on our business.
Lead and design solutions, plan and execute.
Working closely with product manager, sales, and account managers, to deliver software that meets customer and business needs
Manage prioritization, resource allocation, tasks and projects
Grow and mentor team members, with focus of front-end mentoring.
Maintain high standards of execution within the team
The position is 100% hands-on
Reporting directly to CTO
What are we looking FOR?
2+ Experience as a Software development team leader, including the entire development lifecycle
Demonstrated experience in leading agile team or scrum master
Proven track record of design and build web applications.
4+ years of hands-on experience with React or other client-side technologies.
Experienced with server-side languages (Java).
Experienced with SaaS products development and micro services architecture.
Demonstrated experience using machine learning tools and approaches to complex data problems.
BSc+ in Computer Science or equivalent from top university.
Experience in cloud technologies.
Strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
Self-starter, fast learner, Passionate, creative and can-do attitude.
A great team player!
Excellent English communication skills spoken and written
Advantages:
Knowledge in system analysis and UML modeling
Knowledge and experience on the agriculture and irrigation industry - an advantage.
Experience working with database languages
Experience with containers, orchestration, and CI\CD processes.
