We are looking for a talented Full-stack Team Leader to lead an agile team and make a major impact on our business.
Lead and design solutions, plan and execute.
Working closely with product manager, sales, and account managers, to deliver software that meets customer and business needs
Manage prioritization, resource allocation, tasks and projects
Grow and mentor team members, with focus of front-end mentoring.
Maintain high standards of execution within the team
The position is 100% hands-on
Reporting directly to CTO
✓ 3+ years of hands-on experience with React or other client-side technologies.
✓ Experienced with server-side languages (Java).
✓ Experienced with SaaS products development and micro services architecture.
✓ Experience in cloud technologies.
✓ Demonstrated experience in leading agile team or scrum master.
✓ Proven track record of design and build web applications.
✓ Good English communication skills – spoken and written.
✓ Strong analytical abilities, technical orientation, and exceptional problem-solving skills.
✓ Fast learner, can-do attitude, and great interpersonal skills.
