We are an established SaaS startup in the IoT space in the greater Haifa area, with customers worldwide. When you join us you’ll be leading a team of developers building our core product, creating true impact, and owning your team’s deliverables.
As head of web engineering, you will lead and manage our diverse web development and growing web team, you will participate in the DevOps planning, management, and configuration of our web products. Mentor and coach our development team members. Play an active role in shaping the architecture of our products to meet the business challenges we face and support our growth.
Lead the day-to-day development and respond to customer issues - assign tasks, priorities, time estimations, etc.
Lead by example, we are looking for someone who is not afraid to be HO and can take an active role in shaping our development.
Guide, coach, motivate and mentor team members - including technical mentoring, design, and code reviews.
Lead and participate in critical technical, design, and product discussions with leaders across our engineering, product, and business teams.
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
Proactively build our web development, recruiting, and onboarding.
Monitor team performance and perform annual performance reviews.
