Responsibilities:
Tasks control in the Fieldin system: Daily monitoring of the real-time data and information received from Fieldin’s customers into the system.
Identify, analyze and solve problems in real-time. Reporting to relevant departments about various matters.
Quality Control – preparation of daily reports for Fieldin’s customers
Support processes of data receiving into the system
Provide technical support for the Success Managers
Assist the on-boarding of new customers in the system
Generate special reports based on existing data
Requirements:
Knowledge of OFFICE – Excel is a must.
Technological orientation
Ability to work independently and a highly personal responsibility to perform task
Attention to details and thorough
Ability to work successfully under goal plans
Fast learning curve
Good spoken and written English
Academic Degree- Must!, Degree/Diploma in Industrial Engineering/ Information Systems/Practical Engineering – An advantage
