26/07/2022The Quality Engineer is responsible for coordinating quality activities through product manufacturing and Supply Chain processes by keeping a high level of product quality and reliability and maintaining quality system comprehensive compliance throughout the product life cycle
• Analyzing trends and supporting the improvement of the production quality.
• Reviews and approves product deviations, Initiates and follows up on Corrective actions , coordinate periodically Nonconformance meetings
• Gathering all relevant Supplier Quality data for periodically metrics. Data generating from all relevant systems such as Etq, Camstar, SAP, etc
• Maintain supplier files and Approved Supplier List (ASL)
• Calibration and preventive maintenance (PM) related activities
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Education or Training: BSc in Engineering or Practical Engineering with Qualification in Quality Assurance (CQE, CQM or CQA)
Experience: above 3 years of experience in Quality Engineering and statistical techniques
Advantage: Experience in medical system or medical device companies
REQUIRED SKILLS OT ABILITIES
• Good interpersonal relations
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
• Self-motivated and project-oriented, whether independently or with a team
• Good sense of urgency
• Reliable and accurate
