About the position
As Product Technical support you will oversee all aspects of:
• Remote position
• assist new and existing customers by explaining features, clarifying operating instructions, and providing troubleshooting tips.
• Provide product support and assistance to customers via WhatsApp
• evaluate customer problem, identify causes, and derive resolutions.
• Facilitating technical information and insights for retaining existing customers and business growth.
• Develop knowledge bases and FAQs for product support activities.
What are we looking FOR?
• Agronomy or Environmental sciences background
• Fast and independent learning ability.
• Self-starter, quick learner, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, creative, and can-do attitude.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Hebrew and Spanish and English.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and variable hours.
