•  At least two years of experience as a Computer and network technician.
•  Proven experience working in large organizations.
•  Hands on experience supporting users and workstations in a Windows / Office environment.
•  Extensive knowledge in various windows operating systems troubleshooting.
•  Knowledge in IOS and android operation systems – Advantage. 
•  Hands on experience with various computer manufacture hardware\software vendors.
•  Communication and network troubleshooting knowledge.
•  Service oriented and Team work capabilities.
•  Creative, proactive and self-motivated.
•  Autodidactic.
