Maytronics is looking for a passionate Wellness and Communication Partner to join our HR Division, develop and execute global employee experience initiatives and programs that align with the company's values and goals.
As a Wellness & Communication Partner at Maytronics, you will play a significant role in shaping and enhancing the overall employee journey, ensuring a positive and engaging work environment to promote employee satisfaction and well-being.
Responsibilities:
• Implementing a way of thinking that the employees are the center and the heart of the company, build and develop annual wellness plan focusing on employee care and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with HR, management and cross-functional teams to identify and address employee experience challenges and opportunities.
• Providing ongoing support with creative and innovative solutions to promote cross-organizational wellness activities: company events, conferences, gifts, happy hours, social responsibility programs, Volunteer activities, holiday celebrations, new products launch events etc.
• Create engaging content and manage communication channels to keep employees informed, in alignment with our business objectives - highlight our people, culture, and values across various channels.
• Lead our community relations efforts, strengthening partnerships that benefit both our employees and the wider community.
• Managing and oversee the annual wellness budget - construction, planning and monitoring
• Stay up to date with industry vendors, producers, trends and best practices related to employee experience and organizational culture.
