The New Product Introduction Engineer will function as a key member of the Operations team that ensures an orderly transition from R&D to Operations. The NPI Engineer will be responsible for new product introduction, manufacture processes, product documentation, tech aspects, tooling, support test equipment and automation for both new and existing products. In addition, the engineering will support sustain manufacture products and activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (Other duties may be assigned):

Responsible for building and managing Product/Production file, Product documentation, BOM, jigs/tools/Fixtures design, DFX's, production needs and troubleshooting
Be the operation technical focal point and collaborate cross functionally with R&D, engineering, supply chain, quality
Managing and control Turn- Key/Suppliers engineering activities for box build/subunits, local and overseas throughout the project lifecycle and post release
Engaging test related projects with subcontractor delivering electrical and mechanical related test equipment to the production line
Responsible for conducting product ECO process include implementation and configuration control
Manage and execute FAIs at subcontractors’ site
Validation of manufacturing process to meet targets, production output and quality standards
Support operation engineering processes such as Waiver/Deviations, EOL, FMEA, root causes analysis, continues improvement, Audits. Support on-going production processes and equipment, train subcontractors & production line
Support IQC, IPQC, OQC documentation and process
Implementation of manufacturing transfer requirements, TTP from Afimilk to Suppliers/Contract Manufacturing and its 2nd tier (if applicable).

ייעוד התפקיד – להבטיח קהילה איכותית, יעילה, קולטת וצומחת
• כפוף/ה לוועד ההנהלה וליו"ר הקיבוץ.
• לקוחות – חברי קהילת מסדה, ועד מקומי מסדה.
• כפיפים – מנהלי ענפי הקהילה ופעילויותיה.
• ממשקי עבודה – יו"ר, מנהל עסקי/גזבר, הנהח"ש, גורמי המוא"ז, יועצים שונים.

אחריות וסמכויות
א. אחריות כוללת לניהול מערך שירותי הקהילה והועד המקומי לרבות מעקב ובקרה, עמידה ביעדים.
ב. אחריות על ביצוע החלטות האסיפה ועד ההנהלה, והועד המקומי.
ג. הכנת תקציב הקהילה השנתי, ותקציב הועד המקומי, הבאתם לאסיפות לדיון ולאישור.
ד. ליווי, סיוע ובקרה על מערך הצמ"ד.
ה. אחריות ליישום כללי שיוך דירות והשלמת התהליך עם כל הזכאים לשיוך.
ו. ייצוג הקהילה במוסדות השונים, בקיבוץ ובאזור.
ז. טיפול בנושאים משפטיים הקשורים בתחומי הקהילה.
ח. טיפול בנושאי פרט ורווחה
ט. שמירה ועדכון התיקים האישיים של החברים, תושבים ואחרים.
י. טיפול בנושאים עתידיים בענייני הקהילה והועד המקומי, ככל שיידרש.

היקף משרה: 40% ולא פחות מיומיים בשבוע.
קדנציה: 4 שנים, ולא יותר מ – 2 קדנציות ברצף.

Establishing and managing standardized and customized sales and business reports
Creating ad-hoc Excel reports to assist the sales and account management teams
Monitor, control and research data quality to ensure data accuracy and assist with data cleanup

Manage sales operation according to the sales process policy;
Order fulfilment, from order entry support to full delivery
Orders coordination with the logistic center
Invoicing
RMA / Warranty
Manage Shipments and Export to dealers abroad
Manage dealers and farms' database in the system
Liaison with Dealers to assure all required transactions are completed in line with company policies
Support global Sales teams by assuring the sales processes
Work closely with the other Sales Operation team members
