What you must have:

- At least 6 years of experience in wireless communication/ PHY layer development.
- Good understanding of RX and TX PHY and RF chains.
- Deep understanding of Wireless communication system.
- Solid knowledge in the physical layer specifications of 4G – Advantage.
- Working experience with RF lab test equipment.
- Good system level understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, RF)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), team worker and ability to thrive in a -global multi-site environment.
- Accountable, leader and ability to motivate people/teams

What you'll do:
Design, implement and execute advanced test procedures for 2G/4G/5G Base Stations to validate performance and reliability.

Analyze Test Results to identify performance issues and ensure systems meet design and regulatory standards.

Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, optimizing system functionality and performance.

Work closely with design, development, and quality teams to address testing requirements and provide insights for improvement.

Provide technical leadership and mentoring to other team members.

What you should have:
5 years of working experience as a System tests engineer.

Experienced with RF Systems.

Knowledge of coding and scripting languages, such as Python.

Knowledge of wireless communication test standards. Familiarity with the cellular test standards of LTE/5G-NR.

Experienced with RF test equipment such as Spectrum Analyzer and Signal Generator.
Familiarity with Networking.

Experienced with Agile methodology.

Excellent communication skills.

Education:
B.Sc/BA in Electrical /Computer Science or Communication Engineering.

What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for the full development process of L2/L3 embedded protocol stack including design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration.

As a 4G stack SW developer, you will develop new features/environment for Parallel Wireless future products and debug existing solutions which are used by our customers around the world.

What you should have:
2 years experience in C/C++ development of embedded/real-time components of a multi-threaded system.
Strong foundation in troubleshooting and debugging.
Good understanding of communication protocols. Ability to translate L2/L3 standards and specifications towards efficient implementation.
Hands-on experience with SW development methodologies: Design documentation, implementation, unit testing.
Linux user application development experience.
Working experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals and administration and networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network typologies)
Strong communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a global multi-site organization.
Advantage:
Experience with 4G cellular protocols, especially MAC layer
Education:
B.Sc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or top IDF software development unit.

What you’ll do:
