What you'll do:
- Acting as a Technical lead-part of PHY system team
- Development of PHY Architecture aspects in cellular products.
- Leading complex PHY development activities from feature development to integration.
- Focal point for all PHY and RF related aspects.
- Defining and writing system level requirements.
- Work in collaboration with all company teams such as SW, DSP, Algorithms and other.
What you must have:
- At least 6 years of experience in wireless communication/ PHY layer development.
- Good understanding of RX and TX PHY and RF chains.
- Deep understanding of Wireless communication system.
- Solid knowledge in the physical layer specifications of 4G – Advantage.
- Working experience with RF lab test equipment.
- Good system level understanding within a multi-disciplinary environment (HW, SW, RF)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), team worker and ability to thrive in a -global multi-site environment.
- Accountable, leader and ability to motivate people/teams
