Talent Acquisition Partner- Maternity Leave Replacement

Our HR Department is looking for Talent Acquisition Partner to join us.

As a Talent Acquisition, you will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team and work with the stakeholders across the organization to hunt and reach top talent for our rapidly growing business.

In this role, you will take ownership as a full-cycle recruiter who understands how to source talent effectively and creatively, while always keeping candidate experience top of mind, through HR interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.

Responsibility:

• Own end to end recruitment processes including CVs screening, sourcing, in-depth interviews as well as ensuring a great candidate experience
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and goals and develop recruiting strategies
• Source qualified candidates from various channels, build and maintain pipelines of exceptional candidates for future opportunities
• Promote Maytronics in social media and other networking platforms
• Actively contribute to the recruitment team, assisting with setting standards, best practices, and creative recruitment projects
