תאור תפקיד: 

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) provides end-to-end HR support for direct labor populations at the site level. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HRBP acts as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, delivering HR services across recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and benefits administration. The role ensures consistent application of HR policies, efficient HR processes, and a positive, business-aligned work environment that supports operational objectives.

דרישות התפקיד וניסיון נדרש: 

1. HR Partnership & Employee Support
• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for assigned managers and employees at the site.
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with line managers to support workforce planning, performance management, and organizational needs.
• Promote a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values and culture.
2. Recruitment & Onboarding
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for site-based roles, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Utilize multiple recruitment channels, including social media platforms, to attract qualified candidates.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date job descriptions in collaboration with managers.
• Manage and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure effective integration of new employees.
3. Employee Relations & Compliance
• Support managers in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and company procedures.
4. Training, Development & Engagement
• Partner with the HR Manager and business leaders to develop and implement the annual training and development plan.
• Support talent development initiatives, including succession planning and employee development programs.
• Lead and execute the annual welfare and employee engagement plan at the site level.
5. HR Processes & Reporting
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, procedures, and initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
• Prepare, analyze, and present HR data and reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, training data) to support decision-making.
