Experienced VP R&D that will join our Start -up company and will be responsible for leading and shaping our technology & product.
Shape the R&D process;
Discover and develop new technologies;
Train, mentor, and onboard team members;
Produce quality products that meet high quality, stability and performance standards;
Responsible for hiring talent development, within the research, development and Engineering team;
Tackle problems and find creative ways to solve them.
At least five (5) years of experience in leading and growing R&D;
Highly talented technological leader with a background in back-end development (Java, Python, C#, C++) and AI, Data Science;
Experience with Agile team’s management;
A graduate of Computer Science or Software Engineering or geo-information;
Proven experience in managing R&D teams- recruiting, training, coaching and motivating employees to reach the department goals;
Excellent communication skills;
Can-Do and a hands-on approach;
Great interpersonal skills.
