We’re seeking a full-time Customer Support Team Manager to join our vibrant team!
Wake up for this:
Provide solutions and communicate directly with filmmakers from all over the world via email and online chat.
Become a master of the Artlist and Artgrid products, music and film licensing, web troubleshooting and more.
Review and resolve escalations.
Use your own creativity to offer solutions for support efficiency, team coordination and problem-solving.
Train the team and monitor performance for areas of improvement.
Experienced with customer service (5+ years a plus).
Experienced in management (3+ years a plus).
An effective coordinator with strong leadership skills.
A versatile worker: self-motivated, can offer creative solutions for conflict resolution and a fast learner.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (a plus).
High-level/Native English speaker (required).
