As a software team leader, you will be in charge of growing and managing a software team which is responsible for several software projects (Backend, Frontend and Mobile). You will:
Lead the growth and development of a talented engineering team, including recruiting, mentoring and providing feedback to team members
Work closely with our Product Managers to architect, prioritize and oversee the implementation of our software products
Maintain high software engineering standards for scale and quality
Lead by example – roll up your sleeves, design and write excellent code to solve complicated tasks
At least 5 years of programming experience in the industry in various languages -including particularly Java and Python
At least 2 years of experience leading and growing software teams of 4+ engineers in Agile environments
Experience with both back-end and front-end development
Solid technical background in software engineering, architecture and design
Great communication skills with verbal and written skills in English
Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-based production environments – an advantage
B.Sc in computer science or similar - an advantage
