LOG – Pharma Primary Packaging – is hiring a Customer Service & Sales Support expert for its Marketing & Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
• Ensuring LOG’s customers are happy and receive excellent service.
• Customer service from order entry to product delivery. Direct communication with customers globally.
• Order processing in LOG’s ERP system (Priority), Coordination of the order with production planning, purchasing and engineering.
• Backoffice management and administrative support to LOG’s marketing and sales force including LOG’s sales managers located in Europe, USA and India.
• Track and updated new business opportunities in LOG’s pipeline
• Preparation and shipment of samples to potential customers
• Supporting marketing campaigns and activities such as exhibitions, customer visits, creation of marketing materials, etc.
