Planning and support role between IS systems and global users to provide assistance with all aspects of the IS systems integration and improvement.
- Thorough understanding of Priority subsystem to assign appropriate system access to users at different levels across the institution.
- Define user needs and develop solutions
- Manage BI tool implementation project
- Manage and implement Production systems and implement changes. For example, Machines control and monitor system.
- Implement Mobile 4 ERP modules
- Develops and presents training materials for end users
- Manage ongoing IS systems support to end users in all global sites
- The “IS projects manager” may support in the same way other systems (e.g., Attendance and payroll system)
- English - mandatory with strong communication skills
- 3+ years of experience with Priority system –application and developments
- 3+ years of experience with SQL or BI tools
- Experience working in Manufacturing environment
- High ability to self - learn
- Ability to work with employees in all levels and implement changes
- Organized, customer service minded and detail oriented
- Team player, good communication and social skills
- Ability to perform under pressure
