# Development Manager #

We are a young and promising hi-tech company in the social-network domain that's located in the north with a great contribution to society.

While expanding our company we are looking for a skilled development manager who’s willing to lead our development progress from end to end on the technology side.

Responsibilities:
• Direct management of a development team, including hiring, coaching/mentoring, and guiding team members (day-to-day, hands-on leadership)

• Self-learn. meet new challenges and quickly face them by learning the relevant information and leading a solving actions

• Leading the whole sector of data and analysis by every means - maintenance of database, BI, collecting, backups, security, reports system, etc.

• Ensure application functionality and developed code complies with the company design standards, coding standards, practices, and approaches.

• Maintaining the highest levels of production awareness including testing, bug management, and post-deployment analysis.

• Understanding the product and the customer’s needs.

• Contributing to a long-term vision for product architecture and engineering development.
