Job Description
The primary purpose of an English Pedagogic Coordinator is to oversee existing and new development in the pedagogic department.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Develop new Helen Doron English materials
2. Review of existing company materials
3. Managing pedagogic projects
4. Working with talented & passionate team members
5. To assist in meeting the department’s annual performance goals
6. Teach a few hours a week at a Helen Doron English Learning Centre.
Education
• Helen Doron English Teacher – preferred. Or an intensive 5-day training will be taken as a prerequisite
• BA
• Proficiency at C1 level or higher in the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR).
Language
• Mother-tongue/high-level English
• Additional languages are a plus
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Strong Leadership experience and skills
• Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office, especially Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
