04/09/2024· Leads the strategy and innovation of the relevant categories (suppliers, processes, technologies)
· Responsible for locating suppliers of the category (SOURCING)
· Responsible for supplier relationship management (SRM)
· Responsible for analyzing, presenting trends and risks in the category (technologies, raw materials, inputs, innovation)
· Management of procurement categories including an annual work plan, performance planning and procurement performance control in this area in front of all external/internal organizational customers and subordinates
· Ongoing management of the strategic suppliers including managing negotiations, managing contracts, leading and supervising processes and projects with them
Logistics:
· Managing the import/export/DROP field for all Arkal company sites
· Label the efficient and shipping policy for Arkal sites
· Managing the integration of shipments in the categories/suppliers
· Optimization of shipping costs
· Managing the relationship with the shippers / approved customs agents
· Solving logistical problems
· Leading cost reduction processes in the field of logistics, finding opportunities and developing logistics solutions for shipping
· Professional responsibility for the shipping process on the Arkal sites, from the moment the order is issued/confirmed by the supplier to the release of the shipments and their arrival at the company's warehouses with optimal cost, quality and the required schedule.
· Ongoing management of suppliers including negotiation management, contract management, transport and supervision of processes and projects
· Controlling the production of monitoring reports. Updating existing agreements according to changes (external and internal).
· Industrial Engineering or Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Supply Chain/Economics/Logistics, or Industrial Practical Engineering, or related field.

· Fluent in English– written and spoken.
Computer skills –
· Experience in working with ERP systems (knowledge in Priority - advantage).
· Proficient with Microsoft Office – especially Excel.
