We are looking for an experienced and skilled Repair Lab Manager to join our team at DRS RADA.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for managing all repair-related matters within the company, including troubleshooting and working with electronic testing equipment.
Responsibility:
Manage and coordinate all repair and maintenance activities for military electronic radar systems.
Diagnose faults and repair complex electronic systems.
Work with advanced electronic testing equipment.
Manage a maintenance team consisting of electronics engineers, including training and professional engineers.
Develop and improve work processes and procedures within the repair department.
Collaborate with other departments in the company to enhance system performance and quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in diagnosing and repairing electronic systems.
Experience working with advanced electronic testing equipment.
Experience in managing technical teams, including training and professional development.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team.
Preferred:
Experience working with military electronic systems.
