Responsibilities:
*Manage HR day-to-day operations, including employee onboarding and offboarding, talent management, performance reviews, welfare, compensation and benefits, and other HR domains, to make sure HR operation runs smoothly and efficiently.
*Act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, consulting and providing guidance regarding organizational and people-related issues.
*Develop and execute HR programs, policies, and practices.
*Influence and implement practices to increase employee engagement.
*Proactively identify people issues and trends within the business and work together with key stakeholders to develop and implement solutions.
*Lead a wide range of HR initiatives and projects.
Desired experience and skills:
*5+ years in an HR Business Partner or HR Manager role in high-tech companies/startups, taking responsibility for the full scope of HR activities and providing business partnership in core HR functions such as employee relations, training and development, talent acquisition, employee well-being, organizational development, etc.
*Great ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
*In-depth knowledge of HR practices, guidelines, and legal requirements.
*Effective communication skills - written, verbal, and listening skills, both in Hebrew and English.
*Analytical thinking, experience in using data to diagnose and analyze challenges, and drive solutions.
*Strong consulting, coaching, facilitation, and project management skills.
*Ability to work independently and own the process E2E while collaborating with different stakeholders.
*Outstanding team player, passionate about people and organizational culture.
*High energy with a hands-on and “can-do” mentality, great ability to multitask and prioritize.
*BA/MA degree in Human Resources or related field
