What you’ll do:
You will be responsible for the full development process of L2/L3 embedded protocol stack including design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration. As a 5G stack SW developer, you will develop new features/environment for Parallel Wireless future products and debug existing solutions which are used by our customers around the world.

What you should have:
8 years experience in C/C++ development of embedded/real-time components of a multi-threaded system.
Strong communication skills.
Strong foundation in troubleshooting and debugging.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a team in a global multi-site organization.
Good understanding of communication protocols. Ability to translate L2/L3 standards and specifications towards efficient implementation.
Hands-on experience with SW development methodologies: Design documentation, implementation, unit testing.
Linux user application development experience.

Advantage:
Experience with 4G/5G cellular protocols, especially MAC layer
Education:
B.Sc in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or top IDF software development unit.

What you'll do:
Contribute to review the design of new radio cellular features (e.g. rate adaptation, power control, scheduler, interference mitigation), Challenge the implemented solutions, and suggest improvements.
Define a test strategy to evaluate their end-to-end performances and ensure their conformance to Design and to Technology Specifications (Open RAN, 3GPP).
Take ownership of features from an early stage of Proof of Concept, then during their SW implementation and release to customers.
Deliver technical reports and Performance figures based on lab experiments to Product and Customer teams and provide Instructions to Automation teams.
Handle and debug cellular systems issues reported from internal labs or observed in the field by customers.
What you should have:
Fast learner and can grasp LTE and 5G standards in details.
At least 2 years of practical experience as a system or integration engineer, including defining specifications, verification, and the implementation of SW development methodologies.
Hands-on experience in Networking, K8S, Cloud Computing and Linux.
Excellent communication skills, and ability to thrive in a global multi-site environment.
Product and Customer oriented, with a high curiosity for Innovative solutions.
Fluent English
Advantage:
Knowledge of wireless communication theory. Familiarity with at least one of the cellular standards, i.e. 2G/3G/LTE/LTE-Advanced/5G-NR.
Education:
B.Sc with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing or similar.

What you'll do:
Join our 4G/5G development teams supporting and developing platform related solutions.
Develop and maintain communication and control applications running in Dockers, K8s and cloud native environment.
Develop and maintain communication and cryptography applications utilizing open-source libraries such as DPDK, Open-SSL and other.
Develop and maintain shared memory applications and libraries.
Develop and maintain applications and utilities in C / C++ / Python / Bash.
What you should have:
2+ years of experience in C/C++ development
Working experience with Unix/Linux operating systems internals and administration and networking (e.g., TCP/IP, routing, network typologies)
Must have strong communication skills, must be an effective team player, and be able to work independently in a global multi-site environment.
Working experience in Python and Shell Scripts
Advantage:
Practical experience and knowledge of Linux Kernel environment
Working experience in Docker, operating K8s based and cloud native deployments

Who you are:
A B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
Proven record of 2+ years of experience in developing and integrating AI/ML applications in real-life systems – a must.
Proficiency as a hands-on engineer in a Linux environment, with comfort using the command line interface.
Familiarity with Python or another common programming language.
Understanding of the differences between software and hardware, along with the ability to envision their mutual impact.

What would you do:
You would be part of an R&D team that develops AI-driven optimization solutions.
Define AI/ML-based algorithms based on the available data.
Develop a PoC (Proof of Concept) for the defined algorithms on a small scale.
Be responsible for integrating the developed algorithms into the company’s products.

What you must have:
Proven record of developing and integrating AI/ML applications in real-life systems – a must.
Ability to design data engineering needs and capabilities for implementation by a Data Engineer – a must.
Experience in an MNO engineering department, so terms like "KPI’s, Neighbor Relation, Call Drop Rate, Cluster Optimization, Cell or Sector" are familiar to you – a big advantage.
Knowledge of cellular networks – a big advantage.
Familiarity with RAG and LLM – a big advantage.
Experience in one or more of the following: C, C++, Java, Go, Perl, Ruby, Bash – an advantage.

What you'll do:
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and implement the same in testing.
Design and build end-to-end test setups based on the test requirements.
Analyze and debug logs for test simulators and systems under test during the test cycle.
Resolve issues in end-to-end setups (For Ex: UE/mobile issues, RF/fiber connectivity, etc.)
Analyze, reproduce and validate customer-found defects.
Verify various Parallel Wireless Products and Applications for Functional, Stability, Performance, and User experience aspects based on Customer Use cases
Suggest improvements and changes to the product in order to improve customer experience
What you should have:
7+ years of relevant professional experience.
Good understanding of architecture, call flows and design for testing 5G access technologies.
Thorough understanding of 3GPP standards covering PHY, MAC, PDCP, RLC, RRC, S1AP and X2AP protocols
Ability to create test scripts as per the requirements and execute the same with both in-house and standard test tools (Ex: Azimuth, TM500, Amarisoft, network/spectrum analyzers, etc).
Experience with LAN/WAN, WLAN, Routing protocols – L2 and L3, TCP/IP, QoS
Knowledge of Linux/UNIX based platforms.
Knowledge of handling and troubleshooting User Equipment (Mobiles), SIM installation, etc
Good understanding of virtualization platforms like VMware, KVM, etc.
Wireless PHY debugging experience
Experience in using test management and bug tracking tools (Ex: JIRA)
Automation code writing experience.
Nice to have:
Knowledge on OpenStack, Docker and Kubernetes technologies
