תחומי אחריות:

• ביצוע ביקורת קבלה ותהליך ייצור מח' הזרקה, כולל מילוי דוח ממצאי בחינה, אישור/דחייה והוצאת דוחות NCR בהתאם לממצאים.
• תמיכה בפעילויות הבטחת איכות באתר, מול ראש צוות בקרת איכות, כולל:
  • אישור ראש סדרה וביקורת בתהליך במחלקת הזרקה/ עיבודים.
  • ביצוע ביקורת סופית למנות מוזרקות.
  • עזרה בחקר בתלונות לקוח.
  • מעקב אחר פעולה מתקנת.
  • ביקורת במקור אצל ספקים לפי הצורך.
  • עזרה בהכנת דוחות איכות תקופתיים.

We are looking for a talented and driven Sr. Automation Engineer to work at our North site (Kinneret area), the position includes contributing to the testing of wireless telecom and cloud-based cellular solutions of parallel wireless working both internally and with test engineers across parallel wireless sites. This offers a great opportunity to learn and contribute to the ORAN wireless technology.

  • Own overall auto infra design and integration
  • Overall system design and architecture
  • Collection and integration of requirements from the entire R&D org
  • Definition of big building blocks and major enhancements

• • Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and implement the same in testing.
  • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases for cellular technologies as per 3GPP specifications and execution of the same.
  • Design and build end-to-end test setups based on the test requirements.
  • Analyze and debug logs for test simulators and systems under test during the test cycle.

 We are looking for a Senior 5G L2/L3 Stack Software Engineer to design, implement, and optimize advanced cellular communication systems for our 5G product.

We are looking for proficient candidates with past experience in 4G/5G development.

מנהל/ת משמרת אחראי/ת על ניהול התפעול והצוות במהלך המשמרת, תוך עמידה ביעדים תפעוליים, פתרון בעיות בזמן אמת, והבטחת תפקוד חלק של תהליכי העבודה. בנוסף, התפקיד כולל ניהול ותמיכה בצוות העובדים במשמרת, תיאום בין המחלקות, והכנת דו"חות משמרת מפורטים.

תפקיד ותחומי אחריות
תפעול וניהול המשמרת:
 הבטחת תפקוד תקין של כלל הפעילויות במהלך המשמרת.
 אחריות על מערך התפעול והלוגיסטיקה ברצפת הייצור.
 הפקת מדבקות ותהליכי פק"ע (פקודת עבודה).
 עבודה בסביבה ממוחשבת, כולל אקסל, מערכת פריוריטי ולידר להזנת נתונים וניהול תהליכים.
 העברת משמרת מסודרת עם עדכונים על אירועים קריטיים ותקלות.
 פתרון בעיות בזמן אמת וניהול שוטף של המשימות.
 מעקב אחר עמידה ביעדי התפעול והפקת שיפורים.
ניהול צוות העובדים במשמרת:
 הנעת צוות העובדים והבטחת ביצוע המשימות בצורה מיטבית.
 חניכת עובדים חדשים ותמיכה מקצועית בצוות.
 שמירה על משמעת ופתרון בעיות אישיות במהלך המשמרת.
 פיקוח על נוכחות, שעות עבודה ותפקוד העובדים.
אחריות על דיווחים ותיאומים:
 הכנת דו"חות בסיום המשמרת עם פירוט אירועים חריגים.
 תיעוד תקלות והצעת פתרונות לשיפור.
 תיאום מול מחלקות אחרות, כגון אחזקה ולוגיסטיקה, בהתאם לצרכים.

תקציר - עובד הייצור אחראי על ביצוע מגוון תהליכים בייצור, כולל עבודה בפס הרכבות, מיון, הרכבה ואריזה של מוצרים. העובד נדרש לבצע גם בקרת איכות על המוצרים המוגמרים, בהתאם לדוגמה שסופקה לו.
התפקיד כולל עבודה פיזית מאומצת, עמידה ממושכת ולעיתים שימוש במיומנויות טכניות.

תפקיד ותחומי אחריות
1. תפעול מכונות ועמדות בעבודה -
 תפעול מכונות בפס ייצור (הרכבה, מיון, אריזה).
 עבודה עם כלי עבודה בסיסיים (כגון סכין יפנית).
 עבודה עם ציוד בטיחות כגון כפפות ונעלי עבודה.
 סדר וניקיון בעמדות העבודה וברחבת הייצור.
2. בקרת איכות –
 בדיקה ויזואלית של מוצרים בהתאם לדוגמה קיימת.
 איתור פגמים ודיווח עליהם לממונה.
3. שמירה על בטיחות בעבודה –
 הקפדה על נהלי בטיחות ושימוש בציוד מגן (כפפות, נעלי עבודה).
 הקפדה על עבודה בטוחה עם סכין יפנית וכלי עבודה נוספים.

 אישור סט-אפ וביקורת בתהליך: ביצוע ביקורת אישורי סט-אפ של המכונות והציוד בתחילת התהליך, ובדיקות לאורך תהליך הייצור כדי לוודא עמידה בדרישות איכות וסטנדרטים.
 ביקורת סופית למוצרים לפני משלוח: בדיקה ואישור של מוצרים מוגמרים לפני שליחתם ללקוח, כדי לוודא עמידה בדרישות המוצר והאיכות.
 רישומי פסילות ואי-התאמות: תיעוד ורישום של פסילות וחריגות מהתקן, כולל ניתוח הסיבות ומתן המלצות לשיפור.
 הפעלת מכשירי מדידה: שימוש במכשירי מדידה מתקדמים כגון Visio וכלים קונבנציונליים לביצוע בדיקות מדויקות של פריטים ומוצרים.
 תיעוד ובקרה: תיעוד תהליכי הביקורת, ניהול נתוני איכות ושמירה על סדר וניקיון במחלקת האיכות.
 ביצוע פעילויות נוספות: סיוע בפעילויות נוספות לפי הנחיות מחלקת האיכות.
