- Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical/ Materials/ Water/ Industrial Engineering (junior level)
- 3+ years of experience managing technical, production, or operational global teams.
- Proven experience in leading and managing complex engineering projects.
- Significant experience in automation systems and production infrastructure.
- Financial projects management experience.
- International negotiation experience.
- High-level English; Spanish/Portuguese - Advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a proactive approach, ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to meet targets under tight schedule.
- Presentation skills.
- Experience embedding innovation in engineering projects.
Position Conditions:
- Full-time position with frequent travel to Europe.
- Reports directly to the company’s CEO.
- The position is located in Emek HaMa'ainot.
