The HRBP role is a part of the Israel HR leadership team, a supporting and leading role that focuses on people, culture, leadership, and processes. Our main mission is to Support the organization goals, while creating an exceptional experience by taking in consideration all human aspects & Implementing culture aspects that are part of the Company's strategy and core values.

The role's focus is on supporting the CRO, their leadership teams and employees, in the day-to-day challenges, resolving complex employee-relations issues, leading change within the organization and applying policies. Being a change agent that sees the organization in a broad way and knows when and how to enhance collaboration between departments.
Main responsibilities:
Support and advise on management on HR related issues in the Business Division.
Serve as the main HR focal point for the Division.
Applying global HR processes, adhering to labor laws, mentoring, applying managerial tools and practices
Implement cultural aspects the company wishes to advocate
Work closely and build a valuable and strong relationship with managers & employees
Be a Partner for building processes and accompanying changes
Coach managers on performance management discussions, employee relations issues, promotions, internal mobility, and termination of employment processes
Lead and deliver key HR projects to ensure HR best practices and quality standards are implemented in response to business needs.
Participate in building new HR policies and processes as well as L&D programs
