Procurement team is looking for the next player to join the procurement team.

The Buyer is responsible for sourcing, negotiating pricing, and purchasing materials necessary for our two production plans.

Requirements

Leading procurement process with local and global suppliers for company's factories.
Conduct market research to keep abreast of emerging trends and business opportunities.
Developing and locating new suppliers and technologies, examining alternatives, contacting, and pricing according to demand, discounts and improving the service.
Managing negotiations and closing agreements/contracts with suppliers in Israel and abroad.
End-to-end supplier management: prices, capacity management, quality, schedule, including updating systems.
Supplier control: follow-up on orders, receiving supply approvals/backlogs and delivery dates, deficiencies, quality and more.
Multiple interface work with different departments in the company such as central planning, warehouses, finance, quality, etc.
Partnership in multi-interface projects such as development, R&D, engineering, NPI, quality and production.
Optimizing cross-organizational processes in the purchasing field such as: expanding the scope of activity, supplier evaluations, managing quality issues with suppliers, handling and operating logistics issues and responding to internal customers, handling data optimization in the system such as documentation, item files, etc.
Assist with additional tasks in the procurement department and deal with day-to-day issues.

We are looking for a hands-on ATE Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience developing Mechanical cabinets to interface with testing instruments. As a Mechanical developer, you will collaborate with Electronic and Software engineers to define, design, develop, test, debug, and maintain Electronic modulus for automatic testing systems.

Responsibilities:

Early Involvement in Mechanical modules development phase to ensure meet DFT requirements
Design, modify and maintain mechanical modules for automatic testing system
Work with electronic, software and testing engineers to define mechanical requirements
Establish and execute test and evaluation procedures
Document mechanical modules, including requirements, design, drawings, troubleshooting
Follow best practices for mechanical development, archiving and version control
Responsible for mechanical test equipment including building, debug and Verification & Validation - Hands on
Manage electro-mechanical automated test equipment projects
