Customer Experience Product Manager is responsible for IOT Approach, Smart Home Connection and Roadmap of Value Being proposed to our customers via Application. Add another dimension to Maytronics products.

• Partner with IT, and Digital Product Managers to manage Customer Experience roadmap and backlog for all digital products ensuring that Maytronics products and created value truly distinguish.
• Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user preference.
• Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization.
• Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors and be a real market pioneer.
• Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement, perform benchmark and analysis of what can make a difference.
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging creativity and problem-solving
