We are looking for a full-time A&R Communication Specialist to join the A&R vibrant creative team in the Tel Aviv office.

Wake up for this:

Ongoing management of artists.
Handle and verify artist’s information.
Collecting and organizing artist’s materials.
Administration of contracts and department documentation.
Maintenance and review ongoing administration processes.
Accompanying the artist from the signing stage to the moment they go live on the site.
Direct communication with artists and musicians in English.
Accounting and payment assistance for royalty distribution.
Address licensing conflicts and copyright issues.

מחפשים מבשל/ת בין 2-3 שעות ביום, ימים א' עד ה'. לטובת הכנת א. צהריים לקבוצה של עד 40 איש.

מטפל/ת לגיל הרך בקבוץ כנרת. עבודה במשרה מלאה

לגן מקסים בקבוץ כנרת גילאי 3-5 דרוש/ה סייע/ת במשרה מלאה

 ניהול ישיר של מנהלת מוקד טלפוני.
 ליווי נציגים במוקד טלפוני - טלמרקטינג.
 ניהול ישיר של מערך יועצי לימודים
 ניהול אישי ומקצועי של 10-20 נציגים.
 ליווי אימון וחניכה של עובדים חדשים וקיימים.
 ביצוע משובים, הדרכות ואימונים ליועצי הלימודים ולנציגים.
 הגדרה ויישום דוחות עבודה שוטפים

 מתן ייעוץ לימודי למתעניינים על מסלולי הלימוד במכללה (טלפוני בעיקר) הכולל התאמת מסלול הלימודים לכל מועמד וקשר עם המתעניינים עד רישומם ללימודים.
 עבודת טלמרקטינג במוקד המידע
 שיווק המכללה באירועים שונים
 עבודה בימים פתוחים , השתתפות בכנסים וירידי לימודים מחוץ למכללה.
 סיוע למדור ליווי נרשמים בכל הקשור למימוש הן במכינות והן באקדמיה קיום קשר רציף עם הנרשמים ללימודים במכללה ובמכינה עד תחילת לימודיהם .
 וכל משימה אחרת שתעלה ממחלקת השיווק
